Looks like at this point there still is not a fix? I am stumped as it the rest of our team. Paying $6 per month vs our current $1.50 per month is a pretty big increase on a yearly basis. Everything works great for the most part, except with our IMAP users. IMAP users are not receiving new email into their inboxes unless they either click off of Inbox and back on, or close outlook and reopen. These are the common reasons why the IMAP folder is not syncing.
