The Enforcer is a heavy, armored boss with a brutal multi-barrel minigun. This fight asks for movement, timing, and the right kit more than it asks for raw time in a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby. The boss punishes standing still and it punishes being on the same plane for too long. Read the arena, pick gear that hits hard in short windows, and learn the safe routes between cover points. If you practice the phases in a low-pressure bot lobby, you can test weapons and movement without wasting a live attempt.
Loadout first: choose burst damage and mobility. Bring a high-power shotgun like the K-87 for close headshots. Carry dual SMGs such as the Scorpion or Tempest if you want sustained high fire rate in short bursts. Pack flashbangs or smoke grenades to break the boss lock and force repositioning. Also bring a light weapon for when you must kite. Make sure your movement perks and sprint recovery are set so you can climb and drop floors fast. Test recoil and reload in a training area so you do not fumble under pressure.
Phase one is all about breaking line of sight and using levels. The arena usually has multiple floors, pillars, and wreckage. The Enforcer needs LOS to aim the minigun, so your goal is to deny him a steady target. Move between floors every 10–15 seconds. When you hear the weapon wind up, sprint to the nearest stair or vault point. Use pillars and solid cover to fully break his aim, not just hide behind thin objects. If you keep moving and force him to turn, you create short windows where he reloads or recovers and you can plan your next push.
Avoid the charge. The Enforcer will sometimes do a heavy charge when you get too close for too long. The charge has a clear audio cue and a fast animation. If you hear it, do not try to tank it. Sprint sideways and slide to break his path. If you have a flashbang, throw it as he begins the charge to interrupt him for a second. Using the environment to kite around pillars and drop down a level will often cause the charge to miss and open a safe moment for you to reposition or heal.
Phase two is the slow-motion window or Focus Mode. The boss shows an opening after long bursts or when he overheats. Wait for that pause and then sprint hard into the open. Activate Focus Mode and go for headshots with your shotgun or unload both SMGs into his exposed head and upper chest. This burst is where most of your damage should land. Time your Focus Mode so it lines up with the pause, and then retreat the instant the ability ends. Do not stay to trade shots when he recovers; get back to cover and reset.
Advanced tips and resource rules. The Enforcer fight is a marathon, so manage ammo and grenades. Save your strongest explosives or heavy gadgets for moments when he pins you or when a clear opening does not appear. If you struggle with weapon feel or recoil under stress, run a few tries in a BO7 Bot Lobbies to fine-tune aim and reload timing. Work on a rhythm: break LOS, bait an attack, use Focus Mode for a heavy headshot burst, then retreat. Repeat the cycle and chip away.
The fight rewards repeated clean cycles more than risky all-in plays. If you die, note which phase or move cost you the run and adjust. Swap small mods to improve sprint recovery or reload speed if you find yourself out of position too long.
