While it lacks some of the features you'll find on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's still an excellent option if you're willing sacrifice a little to save hundreds of dollars.
The Q5+ is notably gentle around obstacles like table legs and walls, which makes it an excellent option for homes with a lot of furniture. It's also very thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies. This is a place where many robot vacuums that are less expensive do not excel in. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is superb too, with very little missed corners and along walls.
Like other Roborock devices as well, the Q5+ can be controlled by the buttons on the device itself or through the Roborock app. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set up schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go areas or modify your home map or re-label rooms.
If you choose the Q5+ model, it includes a new auto emptying dock that is designed to make the robot easier to maintain. It requires a screwdriver install, but once in place the process of emptying the bin is relatively easy. It also features a large LCD display, which is nice to have when you're setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This isn't a necessary feature for the majority of people however it can help you keep the track of the intervals between maintenance for your robot easily.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's astonishingly clever in its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design is among the best in the industry however it's quite expensive.
It is a relatively small base station that looks beautiful and can be hidden when not in use. The station's most appealing factor is its ability to automate various tasks and functions that most other robots leave up to you. It can keep clean and dirty water and electrolyze and heat the water. Most other robovacs will require you to do this.
Its vacuuming performance is also impressive. It's the few robovacs I've tested that does a really good job of collecting debris from bare floors, and it's not nearly as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot the 900 series.
The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly when it comes to navigation. Its LiDAR sensors and laser sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs. This means that it is prone to getting stuck or get confused in certain corners or rooms in the house. It's not able climb stairs as well as competitors,, and it doesn't have a dock that lets you to set up an exclusive cleaning zone for carpets that are soft.
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great choice for those who want an automated vacuum that can do everything.

The G30 is small, 2.85 inches tall to be precise It will fit under many sofas and other furniture with low clearance. Its design is a little more modest than other models, sporting sleek black finish and three physical buttons: Auto Cleaning start/pause, Recharge, and Spot Cleaning (which cleans the area in a spiral pattern for two minutes). It also offers better performance on floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It also has a larger dust bin that doesn't have to be emptied as often and comes with an array of boundaries to restrict it from certain areas. The G30 on the other hand, is more affordable and much simpler to maintain. Its smaller size means that it doesn't have to be emptied as often and it's less difficulty with bulky items such as cereal.
